Details are the job
A containment area is mostly details: tank ring walls, pipe supports, drains and penetrations. We use extrusion welding for corners and penetrations and test the detail welds by vacuum box or spark testing.
Working on operating sites
On industrial sites we work to Saudi Aramco, SABIC and Royal Commission HSE standards, with a Job Safety Analysis for every task, daily safety briefings and emergency response protocols.
Chemical compatibility
HDPE resists most crude oils, fuels, acids and alkalis, but compatibility should always be checked against the stored product and its temperature.
