- Vacuum box testing: a box with a transparent top is sealed over the wetted seam, and any leak shows as bubbles under vacuum
- Spark testing of welds for pinholes
- Non-destructive testing practice in line with ASTM D4437
Destructive testing
Trial welds and seam samples are tested in peel and shear with our on-site tensiometer. Third-party validation is available on request.
Repairs and records
Every repair is documented and retested. Seam, test-location and repair records feed the as-built drawings, the detailed daily reports and the handover documentation.
Leak location surveys
Where a project specifies a leak location survey after cover placement, we coordinate it with specialist survey providers.
